The Adamson Estate at Dusk

The Royal Conservatory of Music’s Mississauga location at the historic Adamson Estate is worth visiting in any season, and it is always rewarding to teach there on Tuesdays when I make the trek out from the big city.
This recent recording is captured after nightfall, alone below the Folly Building, where a sax student rehearses ‘Summertime’…
…footsteps can be heard walking through the snow to the lake, the sound of waves engulf the listener…
…a dog barks in the distance…
